Errors You Could Encounter and How to Solve Them

Here is a list of the errors you could encounter when accessing TheTPA.ai:

"Code is incorrect"

Cause: The verification code entered in the prompt is not correct

Solution: Check the code sent to your WhatsApp and try again. If the error persists, wait 5 minutes and resend the code.

Please note there is a limit to the number of codes a number can receive within 24 hours.

"This email address is already registered with another wallet. Enter a different one to proceed"

Cause: The email address entered is already registered in TheTPA.ai with another decentralized wallet.

Solution: If you're looking to create a new account, you need to enter a new email address to proceed.

If you're looking to access your account with this email address and don't remember the phone number or wallet you used, you can contact our support team to assist you.

"Please enter a valid Email Address"

Cause: The email address you entered is not in a valid format.

Solution: Check and correct the address you entered.

"You have already requested a link with this E-mail Address, please try again later or use a different E-mail Address to proceed"

Cause: The email address entered already has a link request to activate the Account.

Solution: Check your spam, promotions, junk, or any other folder in your Inbox for your activation email. The subject is "Complete your TPA AI Account" from no-reply@thetpa.ai.
