What Should I Do if I Don’t See My DeAI TPA in My Dashboard?

Steps to take if you don't see your DeAI TPA in your profile

  1. Verify that you are connected to the Account you used to purchase your TPA and enter the dashboard.

  2. Go to “My TPA” section on the left side menu.

  3. Click on “Refresh”.

  4. If the issue persists, please send us a message with the details of your DeAI TPA and Account.
